Child Registration - When to Update

In order to keep the Adoption Listing Service accurate, it is important that every child is updated annually. All updates should include:

A new Listing Eligibility form (ALS-1a) to ensure child is still appropriate for ALS.
A new completed Child Registration form (ALS-1)
Guardian Consent, unless previously submitted.
Children for whom Termination of Parental Rights (TPR) has occurred, submit a photo
Children, 12 years and older, submit a signed CFS600-3, unless previously submitted.
