Heart Gallery at “Illinois Celebrates Adoption” Day

November is National Adoption Month. Illinois highlighted this special occasion on November 18^th by holding adoption-related festivities for “Illinois Celebrates Adoption” Day. Community leaders gathered in the lobby of the Chicago Daley Center to honor adoptive families. During the event, photos from the Heart Gallery of Illinois were on display. They served as a backdrop for the speakers and a reminder about why everyone had come together for the day.
